This mint-flavoured hard candy is handmade in our Confectionery Department and crushed into tiny bits.  The bright green colour and intense minty flavour means it can be used to create mint-flavoured anything! Caramel Crunch: Crumble & Powder

Handmade in our Confectionery Department, sugar is slowly heated to a scalding 150°C and allowed to caramelise naturally – no colours or flavours added!  The cooled shards are then crushed to give a sweet, caramel crumble or made into a powder – perfect for adding to ice creams, milkshakes and dusting on cakes etc. 

Crumble is available in 600 g. Powder is available in 5 kg.
